Youths Cause Havoc in Arlington, Steal Cell Phones
Teenagers in two separate incidents Wednesday jumped unsuspecting victims and snatched their cell phones.

Police are on the lookout for two teenagers and arrested two more stemming from two robberies in Arlington on Wednesday.
The first happened just after 11 a.m. May 18 at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City at 1100 S. Hayes Street. Police say two juvenile males approached a kiosk in the mall and started talking to an employee there. Suddenly, one of them grabbed the employee's cell phone out of her hand and fled, according to the police report.
Police described the first teenager as a black male about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 110 lbs. who was wearing a gray sweater, black shirt and blue jeans. The second was described as a black male approximately 5 feet tall weighing 90 lbs and wearing a red and gray jacket and blue jeans.

The second incident happened near Rosslyn in the 1200 block of N. Fort Myer Drive at 11:46 p.m. Police said two juveniles approached the victim from behind and assaulted him, stealing his cell phone. A second victim approached police and said he had also been assaulted and had his cell phone taken.
Police were able to spot two suspects matching the description provided by the victims and arrested them, charging them with robbery.
