2 Houses Egged In Ashburn Village Area

ASHBURN, VA — Eggs were thrown at two houses in the Ashburn Village area Monday night, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The Ashburn Station of the sheriff's office is looking into the two cases.

At around 10 p.m. Monday, a resident reported an egg was thrown at a glass door in the 20000 block of Rainsboro Drive, near the Ashburn Village Center.

The second incident occurred overnight Monday a few blocks to the southeast in the 20000 block of Cohasset Terrace. A resident reported that his house was egged sometime in the overnight hours.

The people responsible for the eggings could be charged with destruction of property. Anyone with information about the eggings is encouraged to call the sheriff's office at 703-777-1021.
