ASHBURN, VA – An Ashburn man has been arrested in connection with multiple crimes against children and animals in Loudoun County, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Jann Karlos Ramirez Ayala, 37, of Ashburn, was arrested Monday following an investigation that began in April. He is charged with production of child pornography, possession of child pornography, electronic solicitation of a child and sexual abuse of an animal.
Ramirez Ayala is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and has a preliminary hearing set for July 24.
The sheriff’s office notes that their investigation of Ramirez Ayala remains active, and there may be more victims. The office asks that anyone with information about potential crimes contact Detective Rawlings at Allison.Rawlings@Loudoun.gov or (703) 777-1021.
