ASHBURN, VA – The Loudoun County substitute teacher accused of making threats against a school was denied bond on Thursday.
Hadyn Dollery, 19, of Chantilly, was arrested on April 20 and charged with making online threats, including against a school.
During a hearing in May, witnesses described Dollery discussing murdering students at John Champe High School in Aldie, as well as other violent scenarios, Loudoun Now reported. Messages also referred to a “kill list.”
The threats were reported via the Safe2Talk, which was designed to allow students, teachers and residents to report safety concerns anonymously to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Dollery is set to face a jury on October 5.
