Allen is accused of shooting and killing his wife, Lisa, in their home on the 24000 block of Quimby Oaks Place on Sept. 22. The couple had three children, none of whom were home at the time of the shooting.

According to reports, there had been no instances of domestic violence at the Bradford home before the shooting, but Allen blamed a 2023 wire fraud conviction and prison term for straining his marriage.
