Assault, Abduction Charges for Man in Ashburn: Police
The 68-year-old Sterling man assaulted a person who then was prevented from leaving, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
ASHBURN, VA — A person was assaulted and prevented from leaving a residence last Thursday in the 20000 block of Hope Spring Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
David A. Harwood, 68, of Sterling, was arrested and charged with abduction and assault.
He's being held without bond.

Shortly before 7 p.m., police responded to report of a disorderly person, which turned out to be Harwood.
