Dulles Little League is accepting applications for its Fall 2011 season through August 17.
Attention little leaguers! Registration for the Dulles Little League 2011 Fall baseball season closes Wednesday, Aug. 17. Anyone who registers on or before Aug. 17 can avoid a late registration fee.
Dulles Little League (DLL) is a nonprofit organization that serves more than 1,200 families throughout Ashburn and the surrounding area. The league offers a fun and competitive baseball experience for boys and girls ages 4 to 16. The program fosters the development of baseball skills and emphasizes sportsmanship and a love for the game.
DLL also seeks team managers and umpires for the 2011 Fall season. Applicants for those spots must register for the 2011 Fall season on or before 8/17/2011.
Growth in number of players has left the league in need of more manger applicants than have applied. The fall season is a shorter season for that spring for the league, making it a good time for first time managers to get started in coaching.
