Tomorrow is a New Day
How are your New Year's resolutions to get fit coming along? If your answer is 'I don't want to talk about it', then this post is for you.

How are your New Year's resolutions to get fit coming along? If your answer is 'I don't want to talk about it', then you are among the majority of people who often lose motivation and give up their plans sometime between February and the start of Spring. But have no fear! It is never toolate to find the inspiration to recommit to being fit!
With Spring almost over and summer creeping up, here are 5 reasons to start now:

We live in a beautiful, scenic area and there is no better time than now to get out and see it! Loudoun County, in particular, has many scenic trails that make it easy to grab a camera and head out for some hiking! Visit virginia.org for information on trails in our county.
3. You need the Fresh Air.
By spending more time outdoors and getting some fresh air, you can lessen your chances of suffering from asthma, migraines and other maladies caused by poor air quality.
4. Summer is just about here.
I don't know about you, but my kids want to spend every free moment at the pool. Summer means wearing a bathing suit and less clothes in general. If you begin to incorporate health and fitness into your life as a whole, wearing a swimsuit becomes a non- issue. Ok, not anon-issue, but not as big of an issue!
5. It gives you energy.
Getting regular exercise and eating healthy gives you more energy. I don't need to go into the details about this – we all know the facts. Spring and summer are the seasons when we can actually put all thatenergy to good use and spend a bunch of time outdoors!
I am sure you can come up with a few more on your own to help you get out there and getmoving. Remember, it is never too late to decide that health and fitness are going to be a priority to you. So,why not start tomorrow? As my daughter, Hannah, tells me 'Tomorrow is a New Day'.
