Cops See Man Assault Woman in Sterling: Police
They saw a man assaulting a woman in a vehicle and quickly intervened, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He was arrested.
STERLING, VA — For officers from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, this one was a sad slam dunk Wednesday night in the 46000 block of Community Drive.
They saw a man assaulting a woman in a vehicle and quickly intervened.
Fredy F. Alfaro, of Reston, was arrested and charged with assault, distribution of narcotics and public intoxication.
