Creative Dance Center Performing Troupe at Downtown Fest at One Loudoun!

Creative Dance Center’s Performing Troupe joins the celebration at the Downtown Fest at One Loudoun! The Downtown Fest at One Loudoun features jazz and blues bands, tasting local wines and brews, strolling entertainers and a youth zone, as well as CDC’s own Performing Troupe! CDC Performing Troupe will present family friendly tap, jazz, and lyrical dance selections with an 80’s theme.

Founded in 2008 at the Ashburn Creative Dance Center, CDC’s Performing Troupe (CDC*PT) was designed as a dance training and performance program for dancers who enjoy performing locally at a variety of community events. It continues to thrive in its 7th year.

Although performance requests and opportunities may vary each year, the CDC*PT Staff of professional instructors and choreographers currently produce dances for 12 annual performances each season. Recent performance venues will and have included Disney World’s Downtown Disney, One Loudoun Winter Tree Lighting Ceremony, Washington Parent Magazine’s Summer Fun and Camp Expo, USS Intrepid, Centreville Day, Herndon Fraternal Order of Police, Celebrate South Riding, Dulles Towne Center, Leisure World Lansdowne, and Potomac Green by Del Webb.
