Drunk Guy Spins Out Motorist in Sterling: Police
The Fairfax man rear-ended another vehicle on Route 28, causing it to spin out, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA — A man crashed his vehicle into the rear of another vehicle causing it to spin out early Monday morning in the area of Wrap Drive and Sully Road, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Melvin J. Reyes-Echeverria, 31, of Fairfax, was charged with driving under the influence (second time in 10 years).
Around 3 a.m., police responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash. Both vehicles were traveling north on Route 28 when the second vehicle rear-ended the other vehicle.

As of Monday, he was in jail pending a bond review when he's sober.
