Drunk Woman Assaults Cop in Ashburn: Police
A drunk woman assaulted both a police cruiser and then an officer early Sunday morning in Ashburn: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

ASHBURN, VA — Here's something that might be wise to remind yourself to never do. In other words, don't hit a mirror on a police cruiser while being interviewed, if you must do that don't exacerbate the problem by then striking a cop. But that's how it went down early Sunday morning in the 20000 block of Easthampton Plaza, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Shortly after 12:30 a.m. during a patrol of the area, police saw a woman have a devil of a time maintaining her balance while walking in the street. The approached her and began talking to her when she struck the cruiser's mirror. Then she refused to follow commands and slugged an officer. Alexia N. Johnson, 21, of Sterling was charged with two counts of assault on law enforcement, obstruction of justice and public intoxication.
