Drunk Woman Flips Vehicle in Chantilly: Police

An apparently drunk woman was hospitalized late Thursday after the vehicle she was driving was found on its side in Chantilly: LCSO

CHANTILLY, VA — An apparently drunk woman was hospitalized late Thursday night after the vehicle she was driving was found resting on its side in the middle of the road in the 25000 block of Block Riding Center Drive, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The injured woman was identified as Rachel I. Harris of South Riding.

Shortly before midnight, police responded to the scene of the accident. The woman had suffered seriously but non-life-threatening injures, and she was transported to a local hospital. But she also was issued a summons for driving under the influence and refusal of a breath test. She was released to the custody of hospital staff.
