Meet fellow runners on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5am at the Broad of Education building in Broadlands (behind Clyde's, first parking lot off Education Court).
On Tuesdays they do a 2.5 mile easy run then 3-5 hill repeats. On Thursdays they run approximately five miles through Broadlands, at a 9-11 min pace.
