Plum Grove Cyclery is hosting its first cyclocross race this December 12!! Rather than strictly adhering to the current USAC and UCI cyclocross racing formats, this event will have an earlier 70s cyclocross influence. The course will include horse jumps, a bit of singletrack, and a few natural features as obstacles! Both cyclocross and mountain bikes are welcome.
75% of the course will be in open pasture. Individual and team pits will be permitted anywhere in the pasture area along the course, but racers must reenter the race at same spot. As they are using chip timing, officials will know if anyone skips a lap. There will also be a Pit area adjacent to the start/finish line. Riders and/or teams are allowed to set up multiple pits around the course if you would like.
There are just no strict designated pit areas. Rockland Farm is a very spectator friendly venue with good sight lines of almost the entire track from several points.

Pets are welcome, but will be required to be on leash. Check in and packet pickup will be onsite from 3:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday, December 11 and will open at 7:30am on Sunday. All racers will be required to sign in within 30 minutes of race start. Please have a valid picture ID ready when you check in. You do NOT need a USAC/UCI Cycling license or permit.
