
New moms are invited to try our newest class! Mommy Bootcamp is excited to offer a class just for new moms where we will be using our baby's weight to lose our baby weight! Join us on Thursday March 17th to try it out. All you need for class is a baby carrier, a mat/towel, water, and your BABY! We will be exercising while bonding with our babies.
