Inova Health System and the Washington Mystics are proud to announce “Get Movin’ Family Fun Day”, a celebration of National Family Health & Fitness Day. This family-oriented, community event will feature Radio Disney’s “Shake It Up” Dance Zone and a variety of other health and fitness activities.
The event is FREE and includes activities like: Radio Disney “Warm Up” and “Junior” Zones, Mystics player and mascot appearances, Healthy cooking demos, Indoor/outdoor fitness areas, Interactive activities for all ages, and more! There will be great prizes including Nintendo Wii gaming systems. The event is being held at ProJet Aviation Hangar at Leesburg Executive Airport
