The BW-PT Total Conditioning Bootcamp uses functional training movements that mimic everyday activities using the body's natural movements. Addressing fitness goals, such as improved endurance and increased strength, functional training involves weight bearing activities that target core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Benefits of functional training include better muscular balance and joint stability and toning all muscles in the arms, legs, and butt.
Pay $124 monthly and attend as many classes as you would like.
