Fire Engulfs Carjacked Sterling Vehicle In Leesburg
A vehicle carjacked Wednesday in Sterling was found engulfed in flames early Friday morning in Leesburg, according to the LCSO.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A vehicle carjacked Wednesday in Sterling was found engulfed in flames early Friday morning in Leesburg, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Police found the vehicle around 2 a.m. in the area of Forbes Court and Heritage Way and are asking potential witnesses to call 703-777-0445.
A woman reported two days ago that two men carjacked her vehicle Wednesday night in the 45000 of Paddington Station Terrace, according to the LCSO. They're described as white and in their late 20s or early 30s. One was wearing a dark beanie, along with a dark jacket and pants. The other was wearing a dark jacket and tan pants.
The woman told police she was approached by two unknown men around 7:45 p.m. One of the men flashed a gun and they demanded cash, as well as the vehicle — a black 2016 Toyota Highlander with Virginia tags C73-338. Then they drove away in her vehicle.
