Girl Assaulted By Man In Women's Restroom In Sterling: LCSO

STERLING, VA—A man followed a girl into a women's bathroom and tried to kiss her Saturday night at an establishment in the 200 block of Free Court, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Edward N. Nieves-Castro, 25, of Herndon, was charged with assault and battery.

A woman told police her daughter went to the bathroom and was followed by Nieves-Castro. When he attempted to kiss her, she ran around him and back to her table. He was detained shortly thereafter.
