LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Several crimes were reported around Loudoun County over the holiday weekend, including gunshots fired at an Ashburn apartment. Other notable incidents included multiple assaults with pellet guns.

A man told deputies that while he was driving, a white SUV pulled up alongside him. The occupants of the SUV then began to shoot the man's vehicle with pellets, police said. The man believed that the occupants of the SUV were children, but authorities did not provide a description of them.
