Deadline For Registering To Vote In Loudoun County For Nov. 2 VA Election Is Tuesday Night

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Time is running out for unregistered voters in Loudoun County who wish to participate in the Nov. 2 general election in Virginia.

For Loudoun residents who are not registered to vote or need to update their address, the voter registration deadline is this Tuesday by 5 p.m. in-person, 11:59 p.m. online, or postmarked by mail on Oct. 12.

Early voting began Sept. 17 for the Virginia general election, which will decide races for governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general and House of Delegates.

  • Online - Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 11:59 p.m. - www.vote.virginia.gov.
  • In-person - Tuesday, Oct. 12, at 5 p.m.
  • By-mail - Postmarked no later than Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 5 p.m.

Early and Absentee Voting

  • Last day to request ballot be mailed to you is Friday, Oct. 22 at 5 p.m.
  • Last day to vote absentee in-person is Saturday, Oct. 30

  • Sunday, Oct. 24. Office will be open from noon to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 23, and Saturday, Oct. 30. Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
