• US Dept. of Education investigates LCPS after 7News report on secret bathroom recordings (foxbaltimore.com) — Federal education officials have opened a civil-rights investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools after reports that a student secretly recorded boys in bathrooms at Freedom High School in South Riding. The probe will review whether LCPS properly handled sexual-harassment complaints and follows earlier federal findings that the division violated Title IX over its policies for bathrooms and locker rooms.
