Loudoun County Primary Voter Guide: What’s On The Aug. 4 Ballot

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — On Aug. 4, voters in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District will choose who will represent the Republican Party in the November general election for that seat and who will also run against incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Warner.

Early voting for the primary began on June 18. Voters are not registered by party in Virginia, so any registered voter can cast a ballot in the Republican Party primary.

VA 10 Republican Primary

In Loudoun County, voters will cast their ballots for one of three Republican candidates running. Those candidates are:

• Dave Beckwith
• Julie Perry
• Anthony Suttles

On the Democratic side, incumbent Democratic Congressman Suhas Subranmanyam has already secured his party's nomination.

Senate Republican Primary

Voters can also choose from among 3 candidates running to represent the Republican Party in the U.S. Senate race in November. Those candidates are:

• Kim Farington
• Bert K Mizusawa
• David Earl Williams

On the Democratic side, incumbent Senator Mark Warner has already secured his party's nomination.

Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on election days.

How To Vote By Mail In Loudoun County

Loudoun County voters can return mail-in ballots through the U.S. mail. The postage is prepaid. Ballots can also be dropped at designated sites.

• Drop ballots at the 24/7 drop box at the Office of Elections at 750 Miller Dr. Suite 150, Leesburg, VA 20175, no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
• Drop ballots at any polling place on Election Day, no later than 7 p.m.
