Man Assaulted By Female Acquaintance In Ashburn: Police

A woman was arrested for assaulting a man and holding him against his will Wednesday in Ashburn: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

ASHBURN, VA—A woman was arrested for assaulting a man and holding him against his will Wednesday afternoon in the 22000 block of Flowing Spring Square, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Meghan L. Theurer, 30, of Ashburn, was charged with malicious wounding and abduction.

Around 3:30 p.m., police went to a residence at the aforementioned location for a reported assault. The man said he and Theurer were in an argument that turned physical, after which she struck him and refused to let him leave. They eventually separated and police were contacted. The man was treated for injuries not considered life threatening.
