Man Beats His Dog With Baseball Bat In Sterling: Authorities
A man who beat his dog with a baseball bat at his Sterling residence has been arrested, according to Loudoun County Animal Services.

STERLING, VA — A man who beat his dog with a baseball bat at his Sterling residence has been arrested, according to Loudoun County Animal Services. Kevin R. Graves, 30, was charged with animal cruelty, a Class I misdemeanor. If convicted, he faces up to a year in jail and a fine of as much as $1,000. He's scheduled to appear in Loudoun County General District Court on Oct. 4.
On Aug. 31, authorities received a report of suspected animal cruelty. They checked it out and found that the dog had been severely beaten with a baseball bat.
