Missing Sterling 11-Year-Old Located Safe: Loudoun County Sheriff

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office located a missing Sterling boy who they say was endangered due to health concerns.

STERLING, VA — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has located an 11-year-old Sterling boy reported missing earlier today. Jean Montano, 11, was found safe in Sterling.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said they thank the public for their assistance.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 11-year-old boy. Jean Patrick Montano of Sterling was last seen Tuesday afternoon in the area of Marble Terrace in Sterling.

According to officials, Montano — who goes by the name J.P. — was last seen at 4:30 p.m. when he ran from his home. He was later reported missing to the sheriff's office, and is considered endangered due to mental and physical health concerns.

Montano is described as being five-feet three-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black Adidas windbreaker with white stripes on the sleeves, a white shirt, and white shorts with black and red stripes on the sides.
