Missing Ashburn Girl Located After Not Arriving at School: Law Enforcement
12-year-old reported missing in the Ashburn area early Thursday afternoon has been located, says the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
ASHBURN, VA — A 12-year-old girl reported missing Thursday afternoon has been located and is safe with her family Thursday evening, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
The girl didn't show up at either her bus stop or her school Thursday morning, leading investigators to ask the public for help locating her.
A message shared on social media later Thursday noted that she had been located and returned to her family.
