A naked hit-and-run motorist from Sterling who created all manner of havoc Tuesday afternoon during rush hour in Herndon was arrested.

STERLING, VA — A hit-and-run motorist who created all manner of havoc Tuesday afternoon during rush hour on Sully Road near Dulles International Airport has been arrested, according to Fairfax County Police. Jose Gonzalez Flores, 32, of Sterling, was charged with two counts of felony hit and run, throwing an object at a moving vehicle, destruction of property, assault and battery, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.
Police say Gonzalez Flores was headed south on Sully Road near Frying Pan Road when he got into a crash involving two other vehicles. After the crash, he assaulted one of the drivers before he returned to his pickup and began throwing things onto the road.
Then he took off all his clothes and ran into traffic. He jumped on a passing truck and broke its window, after which he ran away from the scene. Police found him shortly afterward in a drainage ditch on airport property. They say they don't yet know if he perhaps suffered a medical emergency in the accident or was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries that aren't life threatening.
