Pedestrian Injured When Driver Loses Control in Bad Weather
Victim taken to local hospital: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A car that lost control in Thursday morning’s snowfall struck a pedestrian in the Lansdowne area, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
At about 6:39 a.m., the victim was unloading items from his vehicle at a work site in the 19000 block of Upper Belmont Place when the driver of a passenger car lost control of their vehicle due to the weather, a Loudoun police report stated.

The vehicle slid into the victim and the victim’s vehicle, the police report said. The victim was taken to the Lansdowne Campus of Inova Loudoun Hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
