Police: Fresh Locker Room Thefts in Ashburn

New Year’s resolutions may be driving more residents to the gym this month, but the lingering issue of locker room thefts from 2014 has returned in the new year.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office reports two incidents over the weekend at the Gold’s Gym in the 21600 block of Red Rum Drive.

On Saturday night, a victim reported that someone had removed a car key from a locker and entered the victim’s car. Credit cards were taken from a purse inside the car and used at a local store, according to an LCSO release.

On Sunday morning, a victim reported that items had been removed from a locker, including a car key.
