Police: Shoe Sale in Car Leads to Robbery
Suspect auto described as white Ford Fusion, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A juvenile who was trying to sell a pair of shoes was robbed Wednesday night in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim met with someone he thought was a prospective customer in a car at Watkins Island Square and Comer Square, a police report stated. The automobile, a white Ford Fusion, was occupied by three male suspects.

The front-seat passenger took the shoes, then brandished a firearm and told the victim to get out of the vehicle. The suspect then grabbed the victim and demanded money, taking his cell phone and wallet, the police report said.
The victim did not immediately report the incident to authorities, the sheriff’s office said.

The main suspect is described as a black male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build. He has dreadlocks and was wearing a white T-shirt. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Detective S. Schochet at 703-737-8487.
