Police: Stabbing Suspect Arrested in Sterling

Three other suspects still not known, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A suspect have been arrested in a weekend stabbing in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office.

Juan C. Reyes, 19, is charged with malicious wounding by mob, malicious wounding and attempted robbery. He is being held without bond.

Deputies responded at 11:25 p.m. Saturday to the 150 block of Enterprise Street in Sterling. The victim said he was walking on a pathway when approached by four men who assaulted him, according to a LCSO release.

One of the subjects brandished a firearm and demanded money. When the victim resisted, a second man stabbed him. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but was listed in stable condition as of Monday morning.

The victim told police the attack may have been gang-related. The four suspects are described as Hispanic males wearing blue shirts.
