Police: Two Teens Missing in Purcellville Area

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate two missing teenagers last seen in the Purcellville area.

Christopher T. Rhames, 15, and Stephan N. Seaver, 16 (in photos above), were last seen in the 700 block of Main Street on Tuesday. The two left together on their own accord, Loudoun police said. They have no ties to the immediate area, and both are in need of medication for health issues.

Christopher is described as a black male, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 202 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Stephan is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 162 pounds. He has bleach-blond hair and blue eyes.
