Prostitution Ring Busted In Loudoun County: Police

STERLING, VA—A prostitution ring operating out of Sterling was busted Friday following a year-long investigation, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Luis A. Bonilla-Hernandez, 32, of Sterling, and Eliazar Duran-Mota, 22, of Herndon, were charged with two counts of felony receiving money from earnings of female prostitution and two misdemeanor counts of using vehicles to promote prostitution.

Police began investigating matters in August 2017 after receiving reports of a suspected prostitution ring operating out of a residence in the 600 block of West Nettle Tree Road. They found that women would travel from other states, meet with the two men in Maryland and then be taken to various locations in the Loudoun County area.

Search warrants were secured for the West Nettle Tree Road residence and also another home on Framingham Court in Herndon.

Duran-Mota also was charged with cruelty to animals after being witnessed harming a dog during the investigation.
