Reckless Driving Charge For Not Driving in Chantilly: Police
A driver was arrested late last week for reckless driving despite not driving, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

CHANTILLY, VA — Here's a twist. A person was charged last Thursday with reckless driving because the person wasn't driving, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Salina R. Soliz, 32 of Chantilly, was charged with driving on a revoked license and reckless driving.
Shortly after 5 p.m., police responded to the area of Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway for a report of an unconscious person in a vehicle.

Seems the driver was completely stopped in a travel lane of Route 50. There's no word from police why the driver stopped.
