Road Rage Incident Leads to Possible Gunfire in Ashburn: Police
Two passengers said they heard what sounded like a gunshot from the pickup truck of an angry driver: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

ASHBURN, VA — A gunshot was heard by two people in a vehicle involved in a road rage incident with another driver last Wednesday morning on Loudoun County Parkway near Waxpool Road, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Around 9:30 a.m., the victim told police he was headed south on the Parkway when he pulled in front of another vehicle, which began honking its horn and then moved to the left lane and began yelling at the victim.
The driver was described as a white male in his 40s and driving a black, extended-cab pickup.

As the victim turned onto Waxpool Road, he and a passenger told police they heard what sounded like a gunshot.
The other driver turned onto Waxpool and then turned onto Broderick Drive.

There were no signs of damage to the victim's vehicle, and no firearm was ever seen during the incident.
