Rowdy Group Robs Man in Sterling: Police

A disorderly group of men who refused to leave an area, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, then accosted and robbed a man.

STERLING, VA — A rowdy group of men threatened another man in the wee hours of Thursday, robbed him of his backpack and fled in the 21000 block of Atlantic Boulevard, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Shortly after 1 a.m., police responded to a report of disorderly group of males that refused to leave the property. Police found that the men then threatened a man in front of a business and demanded he hand over his backpack — or else.

So the victim complied, they threw the backpack on top of a vehicle and fled.
