Saturday October 26 Fun Run Walk & Roll...a Red Ribbon Week Celebration

Saturday October 26 2013 Col. Wesley Fox Young Marines will be hosting their 1st annual Fun Run Walk & Roll…a Red Ribbon Week Celebration at Riverbend Middle School located 46240 Algonkian Pkwy, Sterling, VA 20165 from 9:30m-1pm.

 This event is in recognition of Red Ribbon Week, which remembers DEA agent, Kiki Camarena, tortured and killed while trying to stop a drug cartel between the U.S. and Mexico. He had a dream that one day America could be drug free, and that is a dream we strive to make happen. So come out and show your support of a drug-free community! Learn about the dangers of drugs and how to live a healthy lifestyle! Every runner gets a chance to win cool door prizes! Various entertainment booths will be set up, mini-demonstrations, some food . . .  so come out and have a blast!  Whether you run, walk, or have limited or no physical ability, this event is for YOU!  Three age categories for participation:  K-4th grade, 5th thru 8th grade, 9th grade and up. Participants can win AUTOGRAPHED REDSKINS AND NATIONALS prizes!!!
