School 'Lock-Out' in Sterling Area: Reports
Police investigating shooting in the area. Schools are operating normally, but exterior doors are locked, according to report.

Six schools in Sterling are operating under “lock-out” procedures while police investigate a shooting in the 400 block of East Cornell Drive.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office reports that a teen with gunshot wounds was found at 8:30 a.m. in the area.
Under the lock-out, exterior doors are locked, but schools are operating under normal conditions.

The lock out includes Sterling Middle School, Sully Elementary School, Forest Grove Elementary School and Guilford Elementary School.
Park View High School is on lockdown, according to NBC Washington, which means students are confined to their classrooms.
