Scissors Attack Lands Woman In Jail In Sterling

STERLING, VA — A woman is being held without bond after attacking an acquaintance with scissors Wednesday afternoon in the area of Loudoun County Parkway and Old Ox Road, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Catalina Lopez, 53, of Fall Church, was charged with malicious wounding.
