Shooting Suspect Sought In Ashburn: Police

ASHBURN, VA—Police are looking for a man who shot someone during an argument Sunday in the 21000 block of Green Stable Square, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Edgar Vargas, 30, of Ashburn, is described as black, 5-9, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police responded to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. for a reported shooting. They found that a man got into an argument with Vargas that escalated. He was shot in the "abdominal area" and was hospitalized with injuries not considered life threatening. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-1021.
