Sister Killed By Brother In Sterling Hit-And-Run: Police
A Sterling woman was killed Saturday morning by a hit-and-run driver in Sterling who turned out to be her brother: LCSO

STERLING, VA—A Sterling woman was killed Saturday morning by a hit-and-run driver who turned out to be her brother on Sully Road near the intersection of Innovation Drive, according to Loudoun County Police.
Nancy Moreno, 54, was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died. Michael Moreno, 58, of Sterling, was found in Maryland by Anne Arundel County Police and charged with 1st degree murder and felony hit and run.
According to WRC (Channel 4), Michael Moreno was giving his sister a ride to Dulles Airport when they got into an argument. Their sister, Marlene Hylton, later told the TV station that Nancy then got out of the vehicle with her luggage and began walking.

She said police told her another driver stopped to give Nancy a ride, and that's when she was hit. Hylton said police, who arrived at the scene around 7:30 a.m., told her Michael was later found gambling at a casino.
