Sterling Armed Robbery Suspect Flees With Cash: Police
A High-Up Food Mart in Sterling was robbed Monday afternoon when a man wearing a mask took an undisclosed amount of money.

STERLING, VA — A High-Up Food Mart in Sterling was robbed Monday afternoon when a man with a gun took an undisclosed amount of money from the register before fleeing, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. There were no injuries during the armed robbery.
At about 1 p.m. Monday, sheriff's deputies responded to a robbery report in Sterling Park Mall in the 400 block of Enterprise Street.
The suspect is described as a white, possibly Hispanic male. He had his face concealed with a mask and sunglasses when he a brandished a firearm and took the money. Wearing a dark gray hooded jacket with the hood pulled up, the suspect is described as about five-feet seven-inches tall.

Loudoun County deputies established a perimeter and searched the area but did not locate the suspect.
