Suspects Sought In Sterling Robbery, Assault Of Man Walking

STERLING, VA — The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is seeking four suspects wanted in connection with a robbery and assault of a man walking in Sterling last week. To help aid in capturing those responsible, officials released a composite sketch of one suspect they believe was involved in the attack.

According to officials, a man was assaulted and robbed by four men around 10 p.m. Oct. 13 while walking in the 200 block of Fletcher Road. One suspect allegedly pointed a gun at the victim and took money from him, according to the report.

The victim — who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries during the assault — was able to provide details of one suspect, helping officials to develop a sketch of him. The suspect is described as a black male who was wearing a black bandanna, a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray jogger pants and Gucci slide sandals.

The other three suspects were described as Hispanic males. One was wearing a blue shirt and black shorts, the second was described as wearing a white shirt and green shorts, and the third suspect was wearing a red shirt and black shorts. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
