Suspicious Man In Dress Photographs Children In Sterling: Police

STERLING, VA—Police are looking for a man wearing women's clothing who was seen taking photos of children playing in a park Saturday in the 21000 block of North Sterling Boulevard, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

He's described as Hispanic, in his late 40s, and having brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a pink dress with yellow flowers, black tights and black female flats. He was said to be sitting in a white box truck. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
