Mark Casper, president and executive director of Tech for Troops, said that the technology drive has gifted more than 1,500 computers in the past four years to veterans in need and their families.

“Our vision for the future is to expand across the United States with multiple locations, impacting the homeless and poverty level of veterans significantly. Plus, we'll look to give vets the opportunity to have a safe space to ‘get out of the rain’ (not a homeless shelter) so we can eliminate the 22 Vets a day who commit suicide. We'll do this by supporting, talking, joking and consoling veterans who come to us for support," Casper said.
