LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A man was arrested Wednesday for sexually assaulting a young boy the past four years, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Eric W. Judy, 53, of Herndon, was charged with carnal knowledge of a child, taking indecent liberties with a child by person in custodial or supervisory relationship and production of child pornography.
