Top 3 Strategies on How to Secure Your Family’s Future
Seminar to be held at One Loudoun on November 17, 2016, at 7pm

On November 17, 2016, top local professionals in the legal, financial, and real estate planning fields will be hosting a valuable seminar titled, “Top 3 Strategies on How to Secure Your Family’s Future,” and will be held at the Hail & Hog, Kitchen & Tap sports bar in the One Loudoun Downtown District. The event will be held at 7pm, with a networking opportunity beforehand at 6:30pm. The seminar is open to all, but it is especially valuable for those between the ages of 40 and 60, otherwise known as the “sandwich generation” – adults whose kids have started attending college or landed their first job and whose parents may be transitioning and need assistance during their senior years.
The seminar is led by James Magner, Esq., with more than 17 years of practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate and small business law; Audrey Magner, a professional real estate agent specializing in estate properties in addition to her 15 years’ paralegal experience; and Bill Callahan, a financial adviser and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), who has been advising individuals, families and private companies for more than 15 years.
It sounds like a lot to take in, but you’re not alone in thinking this. Better yet, the speakers also know how overwhelming topics such as these can be, and have made sure to break up the insurmountable wealth of information into useful and effective strategies tailored for each stage of life. During the seminar, attendees will:

As James Magner delicately put it, “I think this will be a valuable workshop that will open up a dialogue for families who may not know where to start. And it’s not just about, ‘What to do now that you’ve finished your education and landed your first job’ – this seminar dives into topics such as how to make retirement money last and paying for your kids’ education, too.”
