Tresspassing Turns Into Far More For Man in Chantilly: Police

A disorderly man refused to leave a business when asked, and that led to trouble in Chantilly; Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

CHANTILLY, VA — Had a man simply left a business Wednesday morning when asked, that would have been the end of that. Alas for him, he didn't leave and now sits in jail, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Keith A. Honesty, 45, of no fixed address, was charged with trespassing, possession of a schedule II narcotic (PCP), assault on law enforcement and resisting arrest.

Around 9:45 a.m., police responded to the 42400 block of John Mosby Highway for a report of a disorderly person at a business. Honesty was told to simmer down and leave but he did neither. Thus did matters become much worse for the man, who then exacerbated the situation.

Honesty was arrested and searched. Police found drugs on him. He then became combative and kicked an officer, and also tried to pull away from deputies. No dice, there, though. Honesty is being held without bond.
